（中央社記者葉素萍台北24日電）總統蔡英文今天上午9時將搭乘中華航空專機，出訪友邦巴拿馬和巴拉圭；雖然因華航罷工影響，桃園、松山機場所有華航班機全部停飛，但只有總統出訪專機不受影響。

華航新任董事長何煖軒一早也被媒體目擊出現在總統專機旁的候機室。

蔡總統今天展開上任後首度出訪行程，24日到7月2日將搭中華航空專機，出訪友邦巴拿馬和巴拉圭，去程過境美國邁阿密，回程過境美國洛杉磯，全程9天8夜。蔡總統登機前，將在機場發表談話。

華航空服員罷工零時正式開始，華航擴大停飛航班，24日從桃園和松山出發班機全面停飛，僅台南、高雄維持正常；一早仍有不少旅客湧入桃園機場航廈。1050624
