（中央社記者李晉緯台北31日綜合報導）台灣旅美投手王建民今年再登上大聯盟，4月防禦率3.68表現及格，暖機後的5月表現大躍進，以後援身分拿3勝，防禦率低到1.48，成為堪薩斯皇家隊牛棚最穩定防線。

王建民今年重返美國職業棒球大聯盟，被皇家定位在後援角色，4月出賽6場，投7.1局有5次三振、3個保送，被擊出9支安打，失3分都是自責分，防禦率是及格的3.68。

經4月暖機，王建民5月開始表現逐漸增溫。

4日對華盛頓國民隊，王建民投1局飆出2次三振無失分，拿本季首勝；16日出戰亞特蘭大勇士隊，投1局三振、保送各1次，被擊出1支安打無失分，再拿勝投；29日對芝加哥白襪隊投2局有2次三振無保送，被敲出2支安打無失分，獲本季第3勝。

王建民今天後援1局，最快球速飆到94英里（約151公里），只用9球就讓對手3上3下，送出1次三振，沒保送也沒被打出安打，連6場比賽登板無失分。

總計王建民在5月出賽10場，投12.1局，送出11次三振，只有5個保送，被打出11支安打，丟兩分（都是自責分），拿下3勝，單月防禦率是出色的1.48。1050531
